Vincent van Gogh was a man who is somewhat famous for his mental instability. He later ended his own life. For the Doctor to go and show him that his art mattered, and that his existence mattered…is amazing. And I wish someone could have shown this amazing artist how much he contributed to the world.

I wish the Doctor could show everyone how they mattered, because everybody does matter. In our own small way, we change the world simply by existing.

As a mother, I could only make it about 2/3 of the way through this before I broke down sobbing, utterly unable to read another word. It took me a few minutes to get myself together enough to finish.

The people who run this country are sociopaths. They’ll take money from a bunch of rich, paranoid assholes, who are only interested in their own power and authority, in order to secure happy forever futures in politics at the expense of children.

And I think about all the other babies who we hear even less about. Whose deaths never even give us pause about our policies or our gun and violence obsessed culture because they are Muslim and not white and are very far away.

All those babies against rich, selfish men. They never had a chance.
